Really wonderful staff, Food is Amazing and too good for the price! Loved it.. vegan jacket with chill is perfect homemade coleslaw is 10/10 great place!
Called in today just for a quick drink, but the smell of the carvery was too tempting. Amazing food, all fresh and tasty. Will definitely be back. Very pleasant staff, thank you.
Great place for a few beers and wedding good service friendly people
We had the pensioners special, two courses for £10 each and we were very impressed. Plenty for us to eat with fresh veg and very tasty sausages. The waitress was really friendly and helpful.
Just come back from an overnight stay and can honestly say it was great. The carpark is easily accessible and every one of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit tired but they are clean and the beds were really comfy. But full English breakfast is amazing, all freshly cooked and hot. Definitely going back to stay again.
Had lunch and pint here. The landlady Michelle was Brilliant really cheerful helpful and chatty. The food wow amazing tasty plentiful and all fresh which is a bonus in my book as apposed to pre packed frozen! Compliments to the kitchen and chef!We'll be back very soon. Thank you. Cheri and Dave
I Spent a pleasant evening playing backgammon in the bar room. The Clitheroe & Ribble Valley Backgammon Club meet there every Monday evening at 6:30 - all are welcome. I enjoyed a pint of Hobgoblin Ruby while playing and found everyone (staff and customers) at the Rose & Crown friendly. A nice place to spend an evening.
Amazing friendly helpful staff. Food is just beautiful. I had the roast of the day and apple pie and custard. It was just lovely, tender and tasty. Very nice atmosphere. Totally recommend a visit and enjoy your food.
